Apex Secure
Business Door Access Control Systems
Manage access around the people, doors and schedules at your facility. Apex Secure coordinates door-control requirements with the building and the network beneath them.
Review each controlled opening
Door count is the beginning of the scope. Apex reviews reader locations, existing door and lock conditions, access schedules and how people enter and leave. Photographs and existing hardware information help identify where a site survey or coordination with other trades is needed.
Define who can enter and when
The design should reflect staff roles, operating hours and the process for adding or removing access. Apex reviews the intended credential and administration workflow with your responsible party. Available features and integrations depend on the selected equipment and the final configuration.
Coordinate the wiring and network
Reader routes, controller locations, power and the connection to the business network affect both equipment and installation. Apex collects route information separately so cable types and quantities can be reviewed. Existing cameras and network infrastructure can be included in a combined project assessment.
Agree the installation and handover scope
Building conditions and applicable requirements must be reviewed before installation commitments. Apex identifies the agreed equipment, programming, installation responsibilities and handover information in the final scope. Support and replacement coverage follow the signed service agreement; additional onsite work is quoted when it falls outside that coverage.
Where we work
Serving businesses nationwide.
Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, Georgia and Florida are just some of the states we serve. Apex supports new construction, modernization and multi-site technology planning. Tell us the service locations and installation needs so we can confirm the project scope and availability.
Planning your project
What information is needed for an access-control quote?
Provide the number of doors, site address, door and lock photographs if available, desired reader positions, approximate wiring routes and your access-management needs. The planner also requires your business and responsible-contact details.
Can access control be included in a larger rollout?
Yes. Apex can review access control with cameras, networks, cabling and communications, including requirements that must stay consistent across multiple locations.
